摘要

针对内外壁等质量设计方法造成的环形射流成型扭曲偏斜的问题,提出了保证内外壁压垮同步的等动量设计方法予以改进,并结合射流形成理论对其进行了理论分析。通过Autodyn仿真软件对改进前后两种方案形成环形射流的过程进行了仿真。数值模拟结果表明:与传统设计相比,新的设计方案可以保证射流不偏斜的同时改进射流成型。这对环形射流的设计有新的指导意义。

Abstract

In order to solve the problems: when applying equal quality method to inner and outer parts of annular liner, the shape of annular jet would be twisted or deflected, one new design method was put forward, which is entertaining not only momentum equal but also both parts of the liner collapse synchronously. With the theory of shaped charge jet formation, theory analysis was carried on. The software Autodyn was used to simulate two courses of formation of annular jet with both improved and unimproved design methods. The results of numerical simulation show that compared with traditional method, the new method can not only avoid jet flying inwardly but also improve the jet formation. It is instructive and meaningful to the design of annular jet.
