摘要

为研究相邻子装药间距、装药和药型罩曲率半径对MEFP效能的影响,应用LS-DYNA对战斗部直径为100mm的组合式七罩MEFP成型过程进行了数值分析。结果表明:当装药间距从2.5mm增加到12mm时,各子装药形成EFP的尾裙直径减小,EFP长度减小,中心EFP头部速度降低;对于不同装药,形成的EFP尾裙直径从TNT到B炸药逐渐增大,EFP长度增大,中心EFP的速度逐渐增大;当曲率半径从14mm增加到20mm时,形成的EFP尾裙直径增大,EFP长度减小,中心EFP速度逐渐增大。研究结果可为MEFP战斗部的设计提供参考。

Abstract

Numerical simulations by LS-DYNA were carried out to study the influence of MEFP space, explosive charges and radius of curvature on the damage efficiency of MEFP. While the MEFP space ranges from 2.5mm to 12mm, the tail, length and head velocity of the formed EFPs decrease as the MEFP space increases, the flight stability of MEFP reduces; As for different explosive charge, the tail, length and head velocity of the formed EFPs increase as the explosive vary from TNT to B explosive, the flight stability of MEFP is enhanced; As for different radius of curvature, the tail and head velocity of the formed EFPs increase as radius of curvature increases except for the length of the EFPs, the flight stability of MEFP is improved. The results provide a reference for MEFP design.
