Aiming at analysing aviation hydraulic pump vibration signal, an improved method is presented by combining new wavelet threshold function and singular value decomposition de-noising method. Above all, the noise signal is decomposed into noise uniformity vectors. Secondly, through wavelet threshold de-noising on every vector. In the end, reconstruct the de-noised component to obtain the de-noised signal. The method can eliminate the disadvantages of soft and hard threshold de-noising methods, and suppress the Pseudo-Gibbs phenomena caused by threshold de-noising methods.Emulation experiment and different fault vibration signal of aviation hydraulic pump results proves that it can reduce the noise efficiently.
