摘要

为研究周向MEFP的成型规律,针对周向MEFP结构设计了仿真模型,应用AUTODYN软件,从药型罩参数和战斗部结构参数两个方面进行数值模拟。结果表明:调整药型罩口径和曲率半径对EFP成型速度影响不大,但药型罩厚度的增大会使EFP成型速度明显减慢;药型罩的曲率半径和厚度对EFP的长径比影响明显。增厚周向MEFP战斗部壳体或使用高能炸药会使EFP的成型速度及长径比都增大。

Abstract

In order to study forming laws of circumferential MEFP, circumferential MEFP structure, the circumferential MEFP simulation model by AUTODYN software and stimulated from the liner parameters and warhead structure parameters. The results show that adjustment of liner diameter and curvature radius has little effect on EFP forming speed, but incensement of the liner thickness will slow the EFP forming rate significantly; the curvature radius and thickness of the liner affect the lengthdiameter ratio of EFP obviously. Circumferential MEFP warhead shell thickening and usinghigh explosive will make the EFP forming speed and the ratio of diameter increase.
