摘要

受试验模型和天平结构等条件限制,目前高速风洞片式铰链力矩天平精准度不高,而且难以实现轴向力测量,影响试验数据质量。针对该问题,设计了多柱梁对称元件结构以及新型组合式电桥方案,研制出一种可以有效测量轴向力的四分量片式铰链力矩天平,并成功应用于某飞机模型舵面铰链力矩测力试验。校准数据以及试验结果表明,该天平精准度优于常规片式结构三分量片式天平,能有效提高试验数据质量,有很好的应用价值。

Abstract

By the limitation of the testing model and balance structure, wind tunnel balance's precision and accuracy is lower, and it's hard to measure axial force of the control flap in high wind tunnel testing, so the quality of the testing data can be influenced. For solving this question, multi-beam symmetrical structure and a new combined bridge scheme had been designed, finally, a novel four components plate type hinge moment balance had been completed, which can measure axial force efficacious and was used in certain airplane model control flap hinge moment testing successfully. The calibration results and the test data shows that the balance's precision and the accuracy is better than normal three components plate type hinge moment balance, use such type of balance can increase the quality of the testing data efficiently which has good application value.
