So many constraint conditions should be considered when planning route for hypersonic vehicle. The most important constraint conditions are the limited radius of turning circle and the shortest flight route. A flight path planning method based on Dubins geometric method for hypersonic vehicle was designed, then simulating and analysising the generality of algorithm. What is indicated in the result is that this algorithm can plan a shortest flight path meeting the constraint conditions between initial point and termination point for vehicle. This path can avoid the deterrent of radar, laser weapons, and electronic interfence.
