The rotary directional warhead has the advantages of high fragment killing kinetic energy utilization and high explosive explosion energy utilization, which has attracted extensive attention of researchers. The study of missile target rendezvous is an important prerequisite for the rotating directional warhead to exert its rotating directional effect, therefore, an air-to-air six degree of freedom missile target rendezvous model with fragment damage field is established. Using the fragment damage field of non rotating axisymmetric charge, the fragment flying state of rotating non axisymmetric charge warhead after rotating at any angle is simulated and simulated by MATLAB. Finally, the initiation delay time and rotation angle corresponding to the maximum damage efficiency of the rotating directional warhead are calculated, and the specific calculation method of the response speed range of the rotating mechanism is given, which provides an important theoretical basis for the fuze warhead coordination design of the rotating directional warhead.
