摘要

为了提高引信传爆序列的可靠性,设计两种传爆序列结构。应用非线性有限元软件AUTODYN对两种方案传爆序列的可靠性进行了数值模拟分析,数值模拟结果表明:方案II提高了爆轰的可靠性,缩短爆轰转向时间,对装药间隙值要求相对较低。同时通过高温、低温和常温环境试验对比分析两种传爆序列结构的传爆可靠性,试验结果表明:同等样本条件下,方案I的传爆率为87%,而方案II可靠率为100%,方案II相比方案I传爆率提高了13%。该研究为产品工程化设计提供了指导和参考。

Abstract

In order to improve reliability of fuze explosive trains, two fuze explosive trains with different structures were designed. A non-linear finite element analysis software AUTODYN was applied to perform the numerical simulation of reliability of these two explosive trains, illustrating that the second design can improve reliability of the detonation transmission, shrink the time of detonation wave steering and loosen the requirement of the charge gap. The reliability experiments of these two explosive train designs were performed under low temperature, room temperature and high temperature conditions. Compared with the explosive rate 87% of the first design, the second design has a 13% higher detonation transmission reliability of 100%. The research provides guidance and reference for the product engineering design.
