摘要

研究了一种海绵层适配器的快速设计方法,在满足总体指标要求下可快速设计出符合约束条件的适配器结构参数。利用离散混合约束方法,将适配器的离散变量转化为连续变量;利用刚性梁简化导弹、非线性弹簧简化海绵层进行参数化建模;对拉格朗日乘子法进行改进,结合优化策略将约束优化问题转为无约束优化问题,对离散混合约束优化数学模型寻优,快速获得满足要求的适配器结构参数。优化后的结构尺寸能够使适配器前、中、后变形量近似相等,在导弹存储时不发生倾斜。该方法能够自动探测结构的优化解,设计师仅需从中挑选出与实际工况相似的结构尺寸进行设计,快速可靠。

Abstract

In this paper, an efficient design method of sponge adapter is studied. The structural parameters of the adapter that satisfy general requirements are designed quickly. The discrete variable of adapter is transformed into continuous variable by using discrete mixed constraint method; the parameterized model is simplified by using rigid beam to simplify missile and nonlinear spring to simplify sponge rubber; the Lagrange multiplier method is improved, and the constrained optimization problem is transformed into unconstrained optimization problem by combining optimization strategy, and the discrete mixed constraint optimization mathematical model is optimized and the adapter structure parameters that meet the requirements are obtained. The optimized structure size can make the deformation of the front, middle and back of the adapter almost the same, and does not tilt when the missile is stored. This method can automatically find the optimal solution of the structure, and the designer only needs to select the structure size fast and reliably which is more similar to the actual working condition according to the actual engineering demand.
