In order to study the data processing method for the scattering angle of axial preformed fragment, the warhead with a certain type of axial preformed fragment has the advantage of setting the explosion distance and accurately controlling the explosion point, so a dynamic-flying test of gun-launched method is designed. The density distribution of axial preformed fragments under dynamic flight is obtained.Combined with the data processing method of static test,the data processing method of ratio integral of fragment, the data processing method for average density of fragments and the data processing method for continuous location,three new data processing methods are proposed. Based on the density distribution of fragments,the scattering angles obtained by three new data processing methods are calculated and compared.It can be seen that the data processing method for continuous location can more comprehensive represent the damage distribution of fragments in the form of an interval of angles.The test results and data processing methods can be used for evaluation of ammunition power under actual combat scene.
