摘要

为定量分析引信隔爆安全性,综合常用的炸药爆轰参数计算方法和实测结果,运用基于炸药做功能力的计算方法,计算雷管在隔爆位置处爆炸的爆轰C-J参数和气体产物膨胀后压力。对炸药力进行了探讨,对余容进行了修正,使得该算法不仅适用于装药密度大于1g/cm³,也适用于装药密度小于1g/cm³的情况,爆轰参数计算结果与实测值最大误差约为10%。该计算方法可为引信隔爆机构设计提供理论参考。

Abstract

To quantificationally analyze the safety of fuze exploding interruption, based on integration of conventional calculation methods and measured results of detonation parameters, the method based on explosive force was used to calculate the detonation parameters and gas pressure of spreading gas product. The explosive force was studied and the covolume was modified, so that the algorithm is not only suitable for the density greater than 1 g/cm³, but also applicable to the density less than 1 g/cm³, detonation parameter calculation results and the measured maximum error of about 10%. The calculation method in this paper provides theoretic reference to the design of exploding interruption component design in fuze.
