摘要

为了提高固体火箭发动机的点火安全可靠性,对发动机的冲击载荷沿发动机轴线变化规律及压力波在发动机环形通道内传播速度进行研究。采用PVC塑料、单根单孔管装药和不同药量装填发动机进行试验,通过传感器测得实时压力。试验结果得出点火药量和最大压强近似符合指数关系,环形通道内压力波的速度约为400m/s,且不随点火药量产生变化。该研究结果为固体火箭发动机的安全点火提供了参考。

Abstract

During general design of solid rocket motor and propellant, experimental study on ignition impact under different state was carried out, which was based on free-loading engine of single root and single-hole charge with PVC plastic propellant and rigid composite modified double base propellant. Its aim is to find the variation rule of impact load along the engine axis in ignition process and propagation speed of the pressure wave in annular channel of the engine. The test results show that the relationship of igniter quantity and igniter pressure is approximately exponential; The pressure of the head of combustion chamber and the annular channel are approximately equal: the pressure wave speed in annular channel of engine does not vary remarkably with the amount of the igniter; Pressure jump generated by the igniter quantity is not occurred within the annular channel in real fire situation.
