It is the very important issue that how to keep performance for a small tactical missile. According to current situation, a kind of PHM technology on small tactical missile was proposed using environmental stress, time stress and data information in this text, and the principles, methods and key technologies of condition-based system were profoundly analyzed and discussed. The research results promote transformation from traditional test-based periodic maintenance to condition-based maintenance, and enhance development level of maintenance technologies.
