摘要

针对弹丸装药倒空存在的效率低、工作强度大、产生二次污染等不足,提出了基于电磁感应加热原理的弹丸装药倒空方法,给出了系统基本结构和工作原理,并从理论上分析了系统倒药过程的安全性;然后从温度传感阵列、时间控制器和自动喷淋装置等几个方面给出了安全防护系统的设计方案。最后以某弹的梯黑铝柱装药为例,给出了倒药工艺流程。研究结果表明:通过科学的工艺流程和安全保护系统,可确保倒药过程的安全性。

Abstract

In view of low efficiency, labor intensity, and secondary pollution result from emptying explosive in pellet, a method which using electromagnetic induction to heat the explosive was put forward to empty explosive in pellet. Basic structure and working principle of the system were illustrated, and safety during emptying was analyzed. Then, the design project of safety protection system was given. Finally, the technological process of a kind of pellet was given. Study results ensure that safety of emptying can be guaranteed by scientific technological process.
