In process of imitating impact test on MEMS setback arming device, the problem discovered was that the setback slipper released the centrifugal slipper, inducing the setback device arming actually. In order to reappear the problem, the elastoplastic nonlinearity modal was utilized to simulate the motion specific of setback arming device in process of falling motion. The simulating result indicates that the corner place of spring has big plastic deformation under the half sine acceleration pulse effect, which stretches too long to make the slipper comeback to original state. Aiming at this problem, the resolution has been put forward by analyzing the structure characteristic of setback arming device, namely the setback slipper should reach to the designated position where the restriction to the centrifugal slipper can been completely released.
