摘要

研究残药率可以减少甚至消除残药,达到固体火箭发动机装药最大程度的利用,有实际应用价值。基于解析式方法,导出开槽管型药柱残药燃烧面积及残药率的计算公式,分析并总结残药的燃烧规律,给出开五、六、七槽管型药柱残药燃烧规律的算例。研究结果表明:端面弧槽半径与槽长的取值越大,残药率越大,且随着取值的增大,残药率的增长幅度越小;槽深与残药率呈近似线性关系,当槽深的取值越小,残药率越小。

Abstract

The study on waste grain rate can reduce or eliminate the waste drug for maximum use of solid rocket grain. By the method of analytic formulae, the burning area and rate formulae of waste grain were derived and an example of waste grain burning law was given. The results show that the larger the arc and slot length are, the larger the rate is, and with the design parameters increase, the increase amplitude of the rate becomes smaller, the rate has a nearly linear relationship with slot depth: The smaller the depth is, the less the rate is.
