The Design of Flow Regulation Testing System of Solid Rocket Ramjet Based on LabVIEW

A ground testing system for flow regulation of solid rocket ramjet was established by LabVIEW 8.5. The system can be utilized to run semi-physical experiment, in which the flow regulator controller parameters were repeatedly test, and the cold air test and firing test of solid ramjet can run with the system. Then the hardware configuration, software design methods, the control model, the real time and synchronization control were also described in this paper, and the firing test data about the flow regulation of solid ramjet was analyzed. According to the experiment results, the testing system possesses real time control, high quality of reliability, and effective control, and could provide testing technical support for researches on flow regulation control.
