摘要

文中运用LabVIEW8.5开发了固冲发动机流量调节的地面试验系统,该系统能够完成半实物仿真试验,进行流量调节控制器参数的反复调试,同时还能够完成发动机冷气试验和点火试验。文中阐明了该系统的硬件构架、软件设计、控制模型、实时性、同步性等优化策略,同时完成了流量调节点火试验数据分析。结果表明该系统具备实时控制、运行可靠、控制效果良好等特点,为进一步研究流量调节控制提供了有力的试验技术支持。

Abstract

A ground testing system for flow regulation of solid rocket ramjet was established by LabVIEW 8.5. The system can be utilized to run semi-physical experiment, in which the flow regulator controller parameters were repeatedly test, and the cold air test and firing test of solid ramjet can run with the system. Then the hardware configuration, software design methods, the control model, the real time and synchronization control were also described in this paper, and the firing test data about the flow regulation of solid ramjet was analyzed. According to the experiment results, the testing system possesses real time control, high quality of reliability, and effective control, and could provide testing technical support for researches on flow regulation control.
