高破片率钢预制破片弹毁伤效能分析

摘要

为提高某制式杀伤爆破榴弹毁伤能力,提出改普通D60钢弹体材料为高破片率钢弹体材料。文中将高破片率钢预制破片弹与某型号制式杀爆弹的毁伤能力进行理论计算对比,结果表明:钢预制破片弹杀伤威力较制式弹提高了70%;静爆试验对比,结果表明:钢预制破片弹对12m以内8mm厚装甲钢板具有较强的毁伤能力,杀伤威力较制式弹提高了73%。理论计算与静爆试验结果基本吻合,高破片率钢预制破片弹较制式杀爆弹毁伤能力显著提高。

Abstract

In order to improve damage effect of standard high explosive fragment projectile, high fragmentation rate of steel was used to replace common D60 steel in application of bomb body material. The theoretical contrast calculation results between the steel performed fragments projectile and standard bomb shows that lethality power of the steel performed fragments projectile is improved 70% than that of standard bomb. The result of the static detonation shows that lethality power of the steel performed fragments projectile was improved 73% than that of standard bomb. The damage capacity is strong to 8mm armor plate. The theoretical calculations and static burst test results are consistent. The damage efficiency of performed fragments projectile in high fragmentation rate is stronger than that of standard bomb.
