可视化虚拟样机在装备研制中的应用

摘要

可视化虚拟样机是一种新颖的产品设计方法,利用计算机仿真技术具象体现产品的功能和特点。可视化虚拟样机综合运用各种可视化仿真技术,并结合新出现的3D打印和3D扫描,使得虚拟样机能够虚实结合,在装备研制中发挥了积极的作用,并给出在装备研制具体应用案例。

Abstract

The visual and virtual prototype technology, which shows fuction and traits of the product with a digital design method based on computer simulation of production, is a new design technique. In this paper, The visual and virtual prototype is combination from many visual simulation techniques. Integrating with new technique, such as 3D printing and 3D scanning, virtual visualization and real fact are combined together, which facilitates the developing equipment. An application of production development is also provided.
