To study the change of HTPB propellant's max-elongation and life assessment at a natural store condition, the dualistic linear regression model was built based on high temperature accelerated aging of HTPB in constant strain, with consideration of the characters of line model and index model. This model is used to predict elongation and life of propellant and has good correlativity. There is a kind of natural stored HTPB propellant which satisfies the elongation request at the probability of 0.9 using this model. This model could be used to predict service life of HTPB propellant
