摘要

为更好认识国内外底排火箭复合增程弹串联结构方式中底排的结构,对底排结构组成、工作原理和主要部件的作用进行了分析。采用有限元仿真分析和不同结构对比试验的方法进行验证。通过仿真分析和试验验证,提出底排结构设计中应注意的几个关键问题,可为复合底排在串联式底排火箭复合增程弹的工程应用提供参考。

Abstract

For better knowing the base bleed structure domestic and foreign in the serial linking construction of BB&Rocket compounded long-range projectile, We have analysed base-bleed structure grouping, working principle and main function of parts. We have validated the base bleed structure by adopting finite element simulation analysis methods and according to different structure in contrast test methods. Through the simulation analysis and the tests proving, We have given some key questions to be noticed in the designing of base bleed structure, in order to be provide references for engineering application of base bleed struccture in the serial linking BB&rocket compounded long-range projectile.
