摘要

为实现武器飞行振动测试、异常跌落冲击测试等非常规环境测试,研制了一套振动冲击混合测试用弹载存储测试系统,系统振动测试采样频率为10kHz,通道数为16个,冲击测试采样频率为500kHz,通道数为32个,采用USB总线传输测控命令和测试数据。介绍了系统总体设计框架,讲述了系统的软硬件接口技术、测试数据编解码技术、测试数据的分析处理技术等。系统应用于某火箭弹飞行试验和跌落试验中,有效回收到测试数据,为火箭弹结构设计提供了数据参考。

Abstract

In view of abnormal environment test such as weapons flight vibration test and abnormal dropping shocking test, the overall functional design of a kind of missile storage test system for vibration and shocking mixing test system was introduced. As for its vibration test unit, the sampling frequency is 10kHz, including 16 channels, and for its shocking test unit, the data acquisition frequency is 500kHz, including 32 channels. The test and control commands and test data transmission of this system are based on USB bus. The software and hardware interface technique, the encoding and decoding technique of test data and the analysis and process technique were described in detail. The system has been successfully applied to a rocket flight test and dropping test, and test data was got effectively, providing data reference for structure design of weapons.
