针对固体火箭推进剂在过载状态下的药柱大应变及过载加速度测试中,存在应变计及加速度传感器引线困难、实际操作复杂等问题,提出利用存储测试技术方法设计一种基于FPGA的小体积、多通道、可程控的存储测试装置。设计的存储测试系统能够完成对大应变及加速度信号的采样、存储、传输、数据处理及波形显示,该装置对固体发动机工作过程中的药柱安全评估监测及诊断具有一定的优势和工程应用价值。

To solve the difficulty and complex operation of lead in strain gauge and the acceleration sensor during measuring the large strain of grain and the acceleration of overload solid rocket propellant, a storage test system device was proposed based on programmable FPGA with small volume and multi-channel. This miniature memory test system is able to complete sampling, storage, transmission, data processing and waveform display of large strain and acceleration signal. The device has certain advantages and value in engineering applications for safety assessment monitoring of grain and diagnosis in solid engine work process.
