摘要

如何利用历年的检测数据对弹药控制系统的储存寿命进行评估是迫切需要解决的问题。通过开发专用软件采集库存某弹药控制系统电性能检测数据,分析得到控制系统电性能的退化敏感参数,基于该退化敏感参数,采用退化量分布法对控制系统储存寿命进行了评估。计算结果表明,该弹药控制系统可靠度为0.9的储存寿命达16a,说明在设计寿命期内发生失效的概率非常小,这和收集到的实际失效概率基本吻合,证明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract

How to estimate the ammunition control system's shelf-life using testing data of past years is an urgent problem to be solved. Special software was developed to gather the electrical testing data of the control system of certain storage ammunition and the degradation sensitive parameters of the control system electrical capability were gained. Based on the degradation sensitive parameters, the control system shelf-life was estimated using the method of degradation measure distribution. The result shows that the shelf life of the ammunition control system whose reliability value equals 0.9 is 16 years and the failure probability is very low during the design life. It is basically in accordance with the actual failure probability, which shows the method is feasible.
