摘要

在PDM系统中运用UG软件,根据发控盒结构设计的指导思想,在苛刻的尺寸限制的前提条件下,设计出某型发控盒的结构并进行了结构优化设计。利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对发控盒进行了模态分析,将最终设计方案出图加工并装配成产品,并通过各项交付试验和多次外场试验验证,证明了该发控盒结构设计方案的可行性。

Abstract

Based on the structure design guiding ideology of the control box of launcher, the structure design and optimal design of a control box of launcher were carried out in the limited and strict size in the PDM system using UG. The mode analysis of the control box was done by using ABAQUS. Then the product was processed and assembled according to the final design, which passed the delivery test and many field tests. As a result, the design scheme was proved to be feasible.
