摘要

为消除反应装甲对前级射流的干扰,提高破甲弹侵彻爆炸式反应装甲的能力,利用非线性动力学分析软件AUTODYN-2D对特氟龙射流冲击起爆带壳B炸药进行了仿真研究,并实现了特氟龙射流对带壳B炸药的穿而不爆。仿真发现,在药型罩同一壁厚下,随着锥角的增大,射流u²d值逐渐减小;在同一锥角下,随着壁厚的减小,u²d值逐渐增大,但特氟龙射流冲击引爆带壳B炸药的u²d阀值均在25.538mm³/µs²左右,与Held所提出的23mm³/µs²基本一致。

Abstract

In order to eliminate the interference of reactive armor to main jet for improving the ability that high explosive antitank projectile penetrating the explosive reactive armor, numerical simulations by AUTODYN-2D software was carried out to emulate Teflon jet initiating B explosive with shell, and penetration without detonation of B explosive with shell was achieved. The results indicate that the liner with the same cartridge, u²d decreases as cone angel increases, while u²d increases as cartridge decreases with the same cone angel. The initiating value u²d of Teflon jet to B explosive with shell is about 25. 538mm³ /µs², which is basically in accordance with 23mm³ /µs² put forward by Held.
