摘要

针对无控靶弹倾斜式发射工况,首先建立非同时离轨运动数值仿真模型,在一定推力条件下分析不同发射角与弹重等对靶弹离轨速度、时间、角速度的影响。然后进行弹架运动干涉校核,验证滑块、弹体与滑轨间隙设计的合理性,并提出一种弹道修正方案。最后结合某型靶弹实测飞行数据进行对比,结果表明无控靶弹发射离轨运动特性对后续的飞行弹道有较大影响,修正方案可有效提高弹道计算精度。

Abstract

For the oblique launch of uncontrolled target projectile, a numerical simulation model of unsimultaneous derailment is established. With defined thrust conditions the influence of different launch angles and projectile weigh on the derailment velocity, time and angular velocity is analyzed. The motion interference of the projectile and launcher is checked. The rationality of the design of slider, projectile body and slide clearance is verified. And a ballistic correction scheme is proposed. Compare with the actual flight data of a target projectile. The result show that, motion characteristics of uncontrolled target projectile, when it leaves orbit, have a great influence on the subsequent flight trajectory. The correction scheme can effectively improve the accuracy of ballistic calculation.
