摘要

为了从根本上改变轻武器弹药传统的“画加打”的设计方法,加快研制进度,提高杀伤效能,首次研究构建先进实用的轻武器杀伤效能优化设计平台。通过研究平台的总体集成框架、数据支撑技术、全弹道优化设计流程控制与数据传递等关键技术,突破异步模式的SolidWorks二次开发技术,使基于SolidWorks的弹头结构参数化模块成为平台可以调用的功能模块,为轻武器弹药设计人员构建了一个简便、实用的集成平台,实现了平台环境下的轻武器弹药的论证、设计与优化工作。

Abstract

To improve damage efficiency, cut down design cycle and manufacture cost, an integrating software platform for damage efficiency optimization of small arms was studied and developed at first in this paper. By studying the integrating framework, the data support technology and the process control method, and so on, a software platform was constructed on which designers can complete the demonstration, design and optimization of warheads. Especially, based on SolidWorks 2007, by VC++, and using OLE technology, procedure module of parametric modeling of warhead can be designed and integrated into the software platform.
