Numerical Simulation of the Effect of Disconnected Target on the Power of Armor-penetrating Warhead

摘要

为研究占据有效炸高的间隔靶板放置位置对破甲战斗部威力的影响,通过理论分析,研究了间隔靶板对破甲深度的影响。同时,利用ANSYS/LS_DYNA软件建立破甲战斗部模型及间隔靶板模型,并进行了一系列的数值模拟。数值模拟结果表明,间隔靶板的存在极大的降低了破甲战斗部的威力,而且间隔靶板材料的塑性强弱及其放置位置对射流性能都有影响,对于此类靶板应放置于90mm的位置附近以减小不利影响,为研究破甲战斗部破甲深度问题提供参考。

Abstract

In order to study the effect of the position of disconnected target occupying burst height on armor warhead, by theoretical analysis, the effect of disconnected target on the penetration depth problem was researched, and the ANYS/LS_DYNA software was used to build armor warhead's model and disconnected targets' model in the same time. By a series of numerical simulation, the results of numerical simulations show that the existence of disconnected targets would greatly reduce the power of armor-penetrating warhead, also the materials of plasticized material and position have impact on the jet performance. As for this kind of disconnected target, it should be placed near the position of 90mm to diminish the disadvantages, providing reference for the penetration depth problem of armor-penetrating warhead.
