摘要

线束耦合干扰预测仿真对指导导弹电磁兼容性试验和故障排查有重要意义。采用系统级电磁兼容性分析软件EMC-A分析了线束间耦合干扰的影响因素并仿真给出了某弹上系统耦合关联矩阵,结果表明弹上供电线缆、舵控制指令、舵反馈信号之间存在较为严重的线间耦合,三者间的耦合问题是未来电磁兼容性试验以及故障排查的重点,对工程设计具有指导意义。

Abstract

Predictive simulation of missile-borne wire bundle coupling interference is important for electromagnetic compatibility tests and failure check. Adopting system level electromagnetic compatibility analysis software EMC-A, system level analysis was performed. System incidence matrix indicated that serious coupling effect exists among missile-borne power supply cable, rudder control instruction cable and rudder feedback cable. This coupling effect will be emphasis of future electromagnetic compatibility tests and failure check. Predictive simulation will be of great significance in engineering design.
