摘要

针对发射箱易碎盖分离过程复杂、安全性未知等问题,采用数值计算、撞击开盖试验、激波开盖试验等方法进行研究。首先利用某新型复合材料对易碎盖进行整体成型一体化设计;其次由计算流体力学对发射箱内流场进行计算,获得了发射箱内压力分布、易碎盖时间-压力曲线,模拟了激波开盖过程;最后通过撞击开盖试验和飞行试验验证了设计的有效性和可靠性。分析结果表明,易碎盖撞击开盖满足设计要求,激波开盖仿真结果与试验测试结果相符。

Abstract

The separation process of the frangible cover of the launcher is complex and the safety is unknown.For this, the numerical calculation, impact cover opening test and shock wave cover opening test were studied. Firstly, integrated design of the frangible cover with new composite material. Secondly, the flow field in the launcher is calculated by computational fluid dynamics, we acquired the pressure distribution in the launcher and the time-pressure curve of frangible cover, and we simulated the shock wave opening process. Finally, the availability and reliability of the design are verified by impact frangible cover test and flight test. The analysis results show that the impact opening of the frangible cover can satisfy the design requirements, and the simulation results of shock opening are consistent with the experimental results.
