摘要

为了摒弃传统的偏心测量方法,减少对弹体损伤,提高弹箭偏心的测量效率,文中介绍了弹箭偏心测量的基本原理及计算公式,对偏心自动测量装置滚转驱动部件和调平部件进行了详细设计计算;提出了采用摩擦传动的原理驱动弹体运动,配合编码器实现弹体精确转动90°,并介绍了减少误差的措施。给出的试验结果表明,该系统完全满足弹箭高精度偏心测量的指标要求。该设备测量范围广,操作简单,特别适用于规则弹箭偏心的测量。

Abstract

In the paper, in order to abandon traditional measurement method, alleviate damage to projectile and, improve measuring efficiency, basic principle and calculation formulae for measuring centroidal deviation of projectiles were described, and the roll driving parts and the leveling parts of automatic measuring device were designed and calculated in detail, and driving projectile movement by using the principle of friction drive and the encoder to realize precise rotation of 90°for projectile was put forward, and the measurement of reducing errors were introduced. The given experimental results show that system can satisfy the requirement for measuring centroidal deviation with high accuracy. The equipment has wide measuring range and is easy to operate, which is especially suitable to measuring regular projectiles' centroidal deviation.
