摘要

采用有限段法构建了考虑弹体弹性的导弹模型,在设置导弹有限段与发射筒刚体接触的条件下,假设流体载荷按周向余弦分布,将横向流对导弹的影响等效简化为各有限段上下端的集中力载荷,对导弹的水下垂直发射过程进行了动力学分析,结果表明,导弹关键截面的受载特性以及姿态特征与试验结果基本一致。这验证了所建模型合理可信,同时也为导弹刚强度设计的载荷预测和弹道规划的姿态估算提供了有效的方法。

Abstract

With finite segment method, a missile model which took structure flexibility into consideration was built. Through setting contact conditions between launching canister and finite segments of emulating missile, distribution load of lateral flow was transformed into equivalent concentrated forces acted on the upper and low end of finite segment of emulating missile based on assumption of circumferential cosine loading distribution, the underwater vertical launching process of emulating missile was analyzed. The simulation results show the loading characteristics of key cross sections of emulating missile and missile attitude are in good agreement with the testing data. This presents that the built launching dynamics model is reasonable and it provides an effective way for load forecasting of missile's stiffness and strength design and prediction of missile attitude.
