摘要

针对已有评估方法存在的不足,提出了一种基于模糊距离测度和扩展多准则妥协解(VIKOR)的反导系统作战效能评估方法。构建了反导系统作战效能评价指标体系,借助直觉模糊熵的概念,很好地解决了在属性与决策者权重未知的情况下进行评估这一难题。在此基础上,建立了基于模糊距离测度和VIKOR的反导系统作战效能综合评价模型,给出了反导系统作战效能的排序方法。最后通过实例分析验证,该方法评估结果准确,具有一定参考价值。

Abstract

Considering the deficiency of known operational efficiency evaluation of anti-missile operational efficiency evaluation, a new method based on distance measure and VIKOR is presented. The index system of weapon system anti-missile operational effectiveness evaluation is built, by the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy entropy, a good solution to the problem of evaluation under the attribute and decision maker weight unknown is obtained. On this basis, a comprehensive evaluation model of weapon system anti-missile operation based on distance measure and VIKOR, and ranking method of the assessment is given. Finally, via an example, the result of this evaluation technology is correct. The method proposed by this paper is valuable.
