摘要

针对某导弹弹射装置在进行多体系统动力学仿真时,结构的弹性变形和挂钩细节接触碰撞均会影响导弹分离参数的问题,文中提出了一种含挂钩机构的导弹弹射装置的刚柔耦合多体动力学模型。基于弹性变形理论和多体动力学理论,利用PATRAN和ADAMS软件完成弹射装置刚柔耦合模型的建立和仿真,并对其参数进行敏感性分析。仿真结果表明,结构的弹性变形、导弹质心位置、导弹质量和作动筒的气源压力都会影响导弹分离姿态。

Abstract

Due to influence on missile separation parameter caused by elastic deformation and hook collision in multi-body dynamic simulation of missile ejection device, a missile ejection launcher with hook device and rigid-flexible coupled multi-body dynamic model was proposed. Based on elastic deformation theory and multi-body dynamics theory, the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of ejection device was established using PATRAN and ADAMS, and sensitivity of the model parameters was analyzed. The simulation results show that elastic deformation of structure, mass center and missile quality and air supplying pressure of actuating cylinder have influences on missile separation attitude.
