摘要

在有限的子弹空间内布置各引信机构是随机起爆子弹引信设计的关键和难点,根据某随机起爆子弹药的工作要求,在研究引信工作过程的基础上,设计了由降落伞、保险筒、尾翼、扭转体和扭转簧组成的空气动力保险机构,并对扭转簧8个参数进行了理论计算,结合工程实际,得出了扭转体解除保险时间。结果表明,所设计的随机起爆子弹引信空气动力保险机构科学合理。

Abstract

Allocation of fuze mechanism in limited space is key and difficult point for design of random detonating fuze. According to work requirements of a certain random detonating submunition, working process of bomblet fuze was studied. Aerodynamic insurance mechanism composed of parachute, insurance tube, spoiler, reverse body and torsion spring was designed. Eight parameters of torsion spring were presented through rigorous theoretical. Based on engineering practice, the time when released from quarantine was given. The results show that the design of aerodynamic insurance mechanism is scientific and rational.
