摘要

文中利用通用有限元软件LS-DYNA3D,针对一定装药口径和起爆方式,计算分析了药型罩曲率半径、装药高度、药型罩壁厚和壳体厚度4种因素对LEFP头部速度的影响规律。在此基础上结合LEFP本身特性,以其Vx和Vy速度分量之比为研究指标,应用正交设计方法,针对这4个因素对LEFP成型影响的主次关系进行了分析研究,并对优化前后形成的LEFP进行对比分析。结果表明药型罩壁厚是影响LEFP成型性能的最主要因素,得到了各因素的最优组合,而且优化后的LEFP更具优良的成型性能。

Abstract

Aim at a certain charge diameter and initiation way, the laws of liner curvature radial, the length of the explosive charge, liner thickness and shell thickness four factors affecting the warhead velocity of LEFP are analyzed using explicit finite element program LS-DYNA3D in this paper. Regarding Vx to Vy ratio as index on this basis and combining with characteristic of LEFP,orthogonal design method is applied to analyze the primary secondary relations of four factors, and LEFPs optimized or not are analyzed by contrasting. The results indicate that liner thickness is main influence factor, so an optimum combination of every level of four factors is gained, and the optimized LEFP has excellently forming performance.
