Design and Research of Dual-core DSP Stabilized Platform Control System

为了实现两轴稳定平台的控制,并满足系统小型化、集成化的要求,设计了一种基于双核DSP TMS 320F28377D架构的伺服控制系统。描述了该系统的组成及工作原理,并给出了对陀螺与编码器信号的采集与处理、驱动电路设计、与上位机之间的RS-422通讯、双核DSP中CPU1核和CPU2核之间的信息交互及软件流程设计。与常用的DSP+FPGA硬件方案的控制系统相比,该控制系统具有体积小、性能高的优点。

In order to realize the control of two-axis stable platform and meet the requirements of miniaturization and integration of system, a servo control system based on dual-core DSP TMS320F28377D architecture is designed. This paper describes the composition and working principle of the system, and gives the specific hardware circuit design and related software design, mainly including the gyro with the encoder signal acquisition and processing, drive circuit design, and RS-422 communication between upper computer, dual-core DSP CPU1 and CPU2 nuclei in the interaction between information and the design of the software process. Compared with the traditional DSP+FPGA hardware scheme of control system, the control system has the advantages of small size and high performance.
