摘要

为研究爆炸箔桥区尺寸与加速膛的匹配关系,对小尺寸爆炸箔与加速膛匹配的雷管进行了发火试验和升降法试验。试验结果表明爆炸箔的桥区尺寸与加速膛内孔径存在一个较佳的匹配,对桥区尺寸0.3mm×0.3mm与Φ0.45mm内径加速膛匹配的雷管进行升降法试验,发现比桥区尺寸0.4mm×0.4mm爆炸箔与Φ0.6mm内径加速膛匹配雷管的50%发火电流降低了近300A,由此说明小尺寸爆炸箔与加速膛內孔径合理匹配的情况下,可以降低冲击片雷管的起爆阈值,为实现引爆系统的小型化提供基础。

Abstract

To study the matching relation between the exploding foil bridge size and the barrel, the ignition tests and the up-down experiments have been done. Results show that a preferred matching relation between inner diameter and bridge size was obtained. The up and down experiments of 0.3mm×0.3mm exploding foils matching with Φ0.45mm barrels were carried out. Results show that the threshold electrical current is almost lowered 300A. Accordingly, when small scale exploding foil and the barrel are prefer-ably matched, the threshold voltage of slapper detonators can be lowered.
