局部接触爆炸作用下金属板贯穿破坏实验与数值模拟

摘要

通过大口径金属管道的局部接触爆炸实验,获得了贯穿破坏的基本特征,在此基础上通过数值模拟,分析了贯穿破坏过程和破片的形成,利用格尼速度理论和金属材料单位破坏功理论推导了破片的速度计算式。试验与数值模拟结果验证了用剪切破坏理论解释金属板接触爆炸贯穿破坏现象是合适的。

Abstract

The perforation damage model and the fragment velocity of the metal plane under local contact explosion were studied. The basic features of the damage model were obtained by the experiment. Based on the experiment result, the numerical simulation was carried out to analyze the essential features of the damage process and the fragment velocity. The formula of the velocity of the perforation fragment was deduced based on the Gurney velocity theory and the failure work theory. The results of the perforation experiment and the numerical simulation verify the shear theory is suitable to explain the perforation of metal plane under contact explosion.
