摘要

基于微旋弹引信双环境力冗余保险的要求,设计了应用爬行力作为第二环境力解除保险的爬行保险机构。通过将爬行机构、延期解除保险机构和滑块隔爆机构三者巧妙的结合,使引信具备了时间窗保险特性和故障保险特性;并对机构进行了安全性和可靠性分析;经试验验证,该设计符合要求。

Abstract

Based on the request of double environmental forces of safety redundancy of slight rotary projectile fuze, the creeping safety mechanism designed as the second environmental force was applied to the creeping force. Through combination of the creep-ing safety mechanism, the delay arming device and the sliding interrupter device, the fuze was equipped with the characteristics of time window and fail-safe. In this paper, the safety and reliability of the devices were analyzed. The experiments show the design can meet the requirements.
