摘要

装备的全时运行数据记录,包含了装备运行的大部分状态信息,能给装备的性能检测、故障维修提供帮助。文中介绍了一种基于PIC24FJ单片机控制的火控雷达运行状态监测记录仪,描述了它的硬件电路组成、工作原理,并给出了上位机和单片机的工作软件设计流程。实验证明:系统具有良好的性能,能提供雷达的全时运行数据记录,且充分考虑了记录仪工作环境电磁环境复杂、无间断工作的特点。系统成本低、运行可靠,为复杂电子武器装备现代化管理引入新的手段。

Abstract

The equipments' full-time data record, including the most equipments operating state information, can give helps to the capability test and fault maintenance. A fire control radar operating status' surveillance recorder which controlled by the PIC24FJ SCM has been introduced in the paper, and its hardware circuit composition and work theory have been described, moreover the work software designing flow of epigynous computer and SCM has been given. It has been proved that the system which can give the radars full-time data record has well capability, and the recorder characters that electromagnetism circumstance is complex and its work is continuous have been considered adequately. The system has low price but operates reliably, which import a new means for modern administration of complex electronic equipment ·
