摘要

为确保某型制导火箭系统上机前的人工检测高效高精度的完成,设计了一种新的测量电路,采用恒流恒压源电路实现对制导火箭点火回路的电阻值检测和信号线对地阻值的检测,并通过设计硬件电路结合软件同步采样AD值消除由于电子器件的离散性产生的干扰,使得点火通路电阻测试值不受环境影响,保证测试精度。其测试结果表明该方法可以高效地完成检测,且测量精度达到了预期目标。

Abstract

One type of guidance rocket system is a newly invented weapen system assembled on the main aircraft type of army aviation. In order to ensure the high-efficiency and high-precison completion of manual inspection before boarding the aircraft, a new measurement circuit was designed in this paper.The constant current and voltage source circuit achieved the detection of the resistance unit in the ignition circuit of the guided rocket and the detection of resistance unit of the signal line to the ground.Paper also designed the hardware circuit that combines with the software to synchronous sapmle the AD value to eliminate the interference caused by the discrete type of electronic devices,which makes the resistance unit in ignition path tset is not affected by the environment show that method can efficiently complete the test and the measurement accuracy has reached the expected goal.
