摘要

导弹电磁兼容已经成为导弹现代设计中必须考虑的问题,尤其是弹上复杂线束在导弹电磁兼容问题中占有重要地位。文中以某型号导弹为背景,基于CableMod软件平台,采用仿真预测试的方法研究导弹电磁兼容问题,讨论了如何建立适用于仿真的导弹结构模型与电气模型,并对导弹内复杂线束间的串扰,以及弹体对线束产生辐射的影响进行了仿真和分析。仿真结果表明,线束内电源线与信号线分开敷设,且双绞屏蔽后相互串扰明显降低,并提出使用弹壁电缆套管代替U型电缆罩,能避免因缝隙产生的电磁泄露,抑制电磁辐射,有助于通过电磁兼容测试。

Abstract

The electromagnetic compatibility already becomes an important aspect in missile design, especially when designing wire distribution. Based on CableMod software, the simulation forecast method was used to study missile's electro magnetic compatibility (EMC) problem. How to establish a suitable simulation model for missile was discussed. The coupling between wires due to connected wires was analyzed. The missile body affects electrical field inside and outside. The calculation result indicates that after the wires of electricity and signal inside missile are twisted and screened, the crosstalk between them declines obviously. It was pointed out that using pipe instead of mantle can restrain electro-magnetic radiation and is good for EMC test.
