天线副面组件的折叠设计

摘要

针对天线副反射面的位姿调整、天线副反射面和馈源的整体调整,不能解决车载天线运输的限高问题,文中通过对车载天线副面组件的分析,结合Proe三维软件,提出了天线副面组件折叠下来的方案,并进行了实际测试。测试结果为第一副瓣电平小于-14.0 dB,指标良好,说明这个方案对于天线的副面调整可行。

Abstract

Due to the pose adjustment of the antenna sub-reflector, the overall adjustment of the antenna sub-reflector and feed, these two methods cannot solve the height limit problem of vehicle antenna transportation, so the article through the analysis of the vehicle antenna sub-reflector assembly, combined with Proe 3D software, the scheme of folding down the antenna sub-reflector assembly is proposed, after the measured, the result index is good, which shows that this scheme is feasible to adjust the antenna sub-reflector.
