摘要

爆炸零门是爆炸逻辑网络中的最基本和关键的爆炸逻辑元件,也是组成复杂爆炸逻辑元件的基本组成部分。文中利用间隙爆炸零门设计一种对输入爆轰信号无任何时序要求的爆炸逻辑元件——非时序爆炸异步与门,该逻辑元件能够有效的解决传统非时序爆炸异步与门通道交叉问题。验证试验结果表明,设计的爆炸异步与门结构是可行的。

Abstract

Explosive logic gull is the basic and key element of explosive logic network. Design a high reliability, modified no-time-or-der required explosive asynchronous AND gate by using explosive logic gap null gate. The modified structure was shorter in path and has no path cross. The feasibility of the improvement was validated by an experiment.
