摘要

针对武器系统中FlexRay总线应用广泛而带来的测试问题,提出了总线协议层+物理层多层级测试方法,不仅实现了节点数据收发功能的模拟,还具备了利用输出特定信号对FlexRay总线传输介质进行测试的功能,进而评估物理层传输品质。软硬件设计及测试验证表明,文中提出的多层级测试方法能够较好的测试评估FlexRay总线的性能,在武器装备的方案设计及集成测试阶段具有很好的工程应用价值。

Abstract

To solve the test problems coming with the extensive use of the FlexRay bus in weapon systems, a multilevel test method combining tests in both bus protocol level and physical level is proposed in this paper. The simulation for nodes sending and receiving data is therefore achieved. In addition, the transmission medium of FlexRay bus can also be tested by outputting special signals, and the transmission quality in physical level is then evaluated. The software and hardware design and the test results showed that the multilevel test method designed in this paper can test and evaluate the transmission performance of FlexRay bus better, having the good application potential in the scheme design and integration test phase of weapon development.
