The ammunition test system is located at non public network areas of signal coverage; transmission of the measured data becomes an urgent problem. Therefore, a new solution was proposed, which is the control unit of every station carries out netting communication by controlling the radio. The control unit was realized by constructing the SOPC minimum system on a FPGA chip, and the control program was developed under Nios II environment. Through the practical netting test, the control unit transmitted the data to the data processing center reliably and efficiently. The experiment shows that the control unit is able to effectively solve the communication problem of the ammunition test system.
