摘要

电路板固有频率是抗振设计的关键。文中利用有限元工具分析了板厚、安装方式、元器件布局、板材特性四个因素对电路板固有频率的影响,并得出了相应结论,为电路板振动可靠性设计提供了指导。

Abstract

The nature frequency is a key factor for anti vibration design of printed circuit board. With the finite element method, the influence of four factors which are thickness, installation type, component placement and board characteristic on nature frequency was analyzed. This research can be a reference for anti vibration design of printed circuit.
