The Application Design of PC104-CAN Bus in the Data Communication

为了实现上位机与现场节点之间的通信,设计了基于PC104总线结构特点和CAN总线优点的数据通信系统。系统通过主控单元FPGA和由C8051F040单片机内部的CAN控制器和外部的CAN总线收发器TJA1040组成的CAN总线通信网络,对PC104-CAN总线的数据传输性能进行测试,实现了数据的安全、实时及可靠传输。目前已应用于工控现场使用的测试测量系统中。

For communication between the computer and field nodes, a data communication system based on the characteristics ofPC104 bus architecture and the advantage of CAN bus was designed FPGA was taken as the main control unit and CAN bus com-munication network composed of the C8051F040 MCU's internal CAN controller and the external CAN bus transceiver TJA1040 totest the data transmission performance, achieving the data's security, real-time, reliable transmission. Now, it has been applied tothe test and measurement system in industrial control field.
